Pray for open doors

Revelation 3:7 NIV: “To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: “These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.””

Jesus spoke through the apostle John to this church in Philadelphia (in modern day Turkey). When Jesus opens a door, for ministry or whatever, NO ONE can shut it.

Will you pray with us that He will open wide this door for Friends of Aposento Alto to become a 501c3 non-profit fully approved soon? He is the Lord, and He has all authority in heaven and on earth (Matthew 28:18-19), and His desire is to see all peoples of the world discipled. Aposento Alto has a role to play in this, in Mexico and the rest of the world. Please pray we will be able to fully assist them soon, receiving and sending on donations, arranging for volunteer help for them, etc, etc. Pray also that they will find partners in Mexico who will begin to invest and partner with them to strengthen their ministry. May all of this bring great glory to our great God!

  1. This is a wonderful focus for agreeing together in prayer. It brings to mind Paul’s words in Colossians 1:2-4, “Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving. At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison— that I may make it clear, which is how I ought to speak.” Dear Lord Jesus, please go before Kevin, Ricardo, and all others during this time together that your Kingdom might be advanced in them and through them to the glory of your name! Amen.
